Superb abstract painting textured by Cesar Rodriguez Musmanno 1927-2017

Great textured painting ( mixed technique) that seems to be created with a palette of muted colors. The work is abstract, with elements that could be interpreted as architectural or possibly referential to some form of structure or fixture, considering the grid and circular patterns that evoke the look of a wall with openings or possibly a gate.

The style appears to nod to a sort of minimalist abstraction, where texture and the interplay of form and shadow are more prominent than vibrant colors or detailed representations. It evokes a sense of ancientness, possibly hinting at themes of time, memory, or history. The artistic choices, such as the subdued color palette and relief elements, are evocative and leave a lot of room for personal interpretation.Dimensions: 50cm (20”) x 41cm (16”)
